Service promises:

Free technology training from expert: qualified engineer(s) train(s) equipment operation and maintenance peocedures on site free of charge.

Free installation and commission service: provide guidance for installation and commission works in site till the unit is put into production after acceptance.

Free repair service: within warant period, if the equipment is failed under normal operation and maintenance, we will repair or replace the damaged parts (excluding the wearing parts) free of charge.

Free long term technology consultation service: accept all kinds of technology consultation from customers and guide you to eliminate malfunction at any time.

Rapid response service: after receiving malfunction notice, we will give out the relative solutions. If it is necessary to appoint our person(s) to site, he(they) will arrive in your factory within 12 hours (excluding hours underway).

Lifetime service: all damaged parts are avilable at cost price after the warant period expires.
